How to set up Your WebSocle Email Account on Your Devices

After creating your email account through your WebSocle Hosting Panel, you can configure it on your preferred email application or device, such as Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, or any other email client.

Step 1: Create Your Email Account

Create your email account through your WebSocle Hosting Panel and complete the mailbox creation process.

Step 2: Access Your Inbox and Retrieve Your Configuration Details

After your email account has been created, a welcome email containing your email configuration details will be delivered to your newly created mailbox.

To view this email, you must first access your inbox through your WebSocle Hosting Panel. The welcome email contains all the information required to configure your email account on your devices and applications.

This email includes important settings such as:

• Incoming mail server (IMAP or POP3)
• Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
• Username or email address
• Password
• Authentication requirements
• SSL/TLS security settings
• Server ports

Step 3: Configure Your Email Application

Open the email application you would like to use and add a new email account.

When prompted for configuration details, use the settings provided in the welcome email received in your mailbox.

It is important to use the exact server names, ports, authentication methods, and security settings provided in that email to ensure a successful connection.
