How to Access Your Email Inboxes on WebSocle Hosting Panel

WebSocle makes it easy to access your email inboxes directly from your Hosting Panel without requiring any additional software. You can view, send, receive, and manage your emails through Roundcube Webmail from any device with an internet connection.

Step 1: Log In to Your WebSocle Hosting Panel

Sign in to your WebSocle Hosting Panel using your hosting account credentials.

Step 2: Open the Email Section

Once logged in, navigate to the Email section of your Hosting Panel.

Click on Email Accounts to view the list of email accounts created under your hosting account.

Step 3: Open Your Mailbox

Locate the email account you would like to access.

Click on Check Email next to the corresponding email address.

A new window or tab will open, allowing you to access the webmail application.

Step 4: Launch Roundcube Webmail

WebSocle uses Roundcube, a popular open-source webmail application, to provide access to your email accounts.

From the available webmail options, click on Open or Roundcube card.

Roundcube will load your email account and provide access to all your email folders and features.

Step 5: Manage Your Emails

Once logged in to Roundcube, you can:

• Read incoming emails from your Inbox
• Compose and send new emails
• Reply to and forward messages
• Access your Sent folder
• Manage your Drafts
• Review deleted emails in the Trash folder
• Organize messages using folders and settings available in Roundcube

You now have full access to your mailbox directly from your WebSocle Hosting Panel.

• View your emails immediately after creating a new email account
• Retrieve your email configuration details sent in the welcome email
