What is Name Server?

How long does it take for my domain to be activated?

However, if your domain was linked to an IP during your order placement, it may take up to 24 hours for your domain activation to be complete and, in some cases, 48 hours for it to be propagated worldwide.
Do you provide a control panel for domain management?
Certainly, you can manage your domain name(s) through your client account, this includes transferring your domain, installing your SSL(s), changing or update name(s) server, changing ownership, or any other operation related to domain services. In addition, we have made available to our clients a control panel that will allow them to perform advanced operations with regard to their domain(s).
What happens if I do not renew my registered domain name?
WebSocle has set a grace period for domain registrants to renew their registered domain(s), if the registrants fail to renew their domain(s) within that period, the affected domain(s) will be removed from their client account and will be put back on the market. From then on, you will no longer have access to your data stored from that/those domain(s), including website(s), email(s), and so on. We advise our clients to renew their registered domain(s) on time or at least registered them for several years.
Do you need to request a document for domain name registration?
Not really, but one should expect emails requesting the update of some personal data about the owner of the domain name during its validity period. However, if these are country code Top-Level Domains, ccTLDs, you should expect that at any time one of our managers may request a confirmation ID document from you. In this case, if you are not resident, citizen, or entrepreneur in some countries, do not use their ccTLD, preferably use domains that have global scope commonly kwon as generic Top-Level Domain, gTLD.
